About the role

Responsibilities

  • Verify and ensure all field activities comply with TCM HSE policies, regulations, standards, and procedures.
  • Perform Job Hazardous Analysis (JHA) and participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
  • Coordinate and oversee Lock-Out Tag-Out (LO-TO) activities, specifically focusing on the electrical field.
  • Organize and participate in periodic HSE site walk-arounds, inspections, and audits.
  • Lead and coordinate site emergency response teams and fire prevention/fighting teams, including emergency drills.
  • Manage accident investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Monitor subcontractor compliance with all applicable HSE procedures and standards.
  • Prepare HSE documentation, including monthly progress reports, site statistics, and meeting minutes.
  • Lead the Site HSE Committee and coordinate HSE training activities for personnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science from a reputed university.
  • Minimum 10 years of HSE experience in oil & gas or petrochemical industries (construction, fabrication, installation, or commissioning).
  • Proven expertise in LO-TO Coordination within the electrical field.
  • NEBOSH GC/IGC certification.
  • Fluent English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working on major EPC projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma in Safety or other relevant HSE certifications.
  • Additional specialized HSE training or certifications.
