HSE Engineer Intern

Responsibilities

• Improve working at height and workplace transport standards by deploying new habits, equipment, and processes across the site
• Prepare for the HSE Cross Assessment audit
• Enhance HSE processes through digital tools and improved structures to gain efficiency
• Develop full loss analyses and contribute to the 2027 HSE improvement plan and program
• Participate in weekly HSE meetings, root cause analyses, and risk analysis processes

Requirements

• Currently studying engineering in Germany or abroad
• Strong interest in environmental and occupational safety
• Pro-active working style with the ability to propose improvements
• Fluent in both German and English
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational and structural skills
• Positive and polite attitude
