HSE Engineer/Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HSE management systems (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001)
• Ensure process standardization and alignment with internal corporate standards
• Act as the primary point of contact between local production teams and the central corporate structure
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
• Participate in internal and external audits and manage the follow-up of action plans
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including training, incident management, and KPI analysis

Requirements

• Certified Occupational Health and Safety Technician (TSST - Técnico Superior de Segurança no Trabalho)
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in HSE roles
• Proven experience with integrated management systems, specifically ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, operational environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the automotive industrial sector
• Previous experience in a multinational corporate environment
• Familiarity with OSHAS 18001 and ISO 9001
