HSE Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of HSE professionals, including HSE Engineers and Officers.
• Implement and manage HSE programs in compliance with ADNOC regulations and standards.
• Develop HSE plans, emergency response procedures, and risk assessments.
• Conduct incident investigations using root cause analysis techniques.
• Oversee Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) including PTW and WMS.
• Manage HSE Management Systems and ensure adherence to legislative requirements.
• Monitor H2S hazards and implement necessary control measures.

Requirements

• Mandatory ADNOC approval.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or an HSE-related discipline.
• NEBOSH IGC or an equivalent certification approved by ADNOC Group.
• Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001.
• Minimum of 15 years of total experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Lead HSE role within the Oil & Gas, petrochemical, or heavy construction industries.
• Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal) and effective interpersonal skills.
