HSE Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Participate in prevention plans and control work operating procedures
• Verify the compliance of equipment and materials used on site
• Conduct specific controls prior to starting high-risk work
• Monitor staff certifications and authorizations
• Perform field tours, audits, risk analyses, and root cause analyses
• Participate in daily and weekly meetings
• Draft daily reports and documentation

Requirements

• Degree in HSE (Bac+3 to Bac+5)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in an industrial environment, ideally within the chemical or pharmaceutical sectors
• Knowledge of managing sites with high coactivity
• Proficiency with office tools for drafting processes and presentations
• Strong analytical skills and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in supervising SAT (Site Acceptance Test) phases or equipment/utility commissioning
