HSE Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead awareness and training actions regarding hygiene, safety, and environment (HSE).
• Participate in professional risk management and the implementation of preventive actions.
• Conduct regular site inspections and internal audits to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Assist in managing workplace accidents and incidents to implement corrective actions.
• Monitor HSE indicators and propose continuous improvement solutions.
• Contribute to the drafting and updating of HSE documents, including protocols, procedures, and action plans.

Requirements

• Degree (Bac +2 to Bac +5) in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 2 years of significant experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and ISO standards.
• Excellent communication skills and pedagogical ability to lead training sessions and workshops.
