HSE Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of the company's HS&E program and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze existing operating procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Develop, present, and conduct safety and environmental training programs for employees.
• Supervise accident reporting, investigations, and root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences.
• Expedite the removal and correction of identified safety hazards within the facility.
• Coordinate hazardous materials handling, waste minimization, and recycling activities.
• Plan and implement emergency evacuation procedures for personnel and the facility.
• Conduct regular HSE audits and maintain detailed records of training, medical checkups, and PPE stock.
• Manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) orientation and briefing programs for all employees.

Requirements

• Diploma in Industrial Safety.
• 5-7 years of HSE experience within a manufacturing environment (experience in Crane Manufacturing or Engineering is preferred).
• Strong knowledge of accident prevention, root cause analysis, loss control, and industrial hygiene.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Awareness of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Strong problem-solving and reasoning abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of ERP software.
• Certification in Safety Management.
• Experience with fire fighting and environmental management practices.
