HSE Coordinator Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the Technical Director in defining and implementing the HSE policy
• Assist in deploying HSE policies across different Business Units
• Participate in the deployment and monitoring of HSE management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, MASE)
• Support Regional Directors in risk prevention processes
• Drive the HSE policy for the Loxam Access network and MASE certified agencies
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the HSE management system
• Monitor HSE certifications, specifically focusing on the MASE framework
• Perform regulatory monitoring and propose improvement actions
• Analyze accidents involving internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Implement and track HSE indicators to measure performance

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) training program
• Rigorous, dynamic, and reactive
• Strong organizational skills
• Mastery of the MASE framework
• Willingness to travel regularly across France
