HSE Coordinator Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Lead awareness and training sessions regarding Safety and Environment instructions for office and laboratory staff
• Design and distribute weekly Safety Briefings to maintain high site vigilance
• Manage the annual update of the Professional Risk Assessment Document (DUERP)
• Coordinate accident and incident analysis, develop prevention plans, and track corrective actions
• Ensure the effectiveness of emergency response plans, including drills and equipment maintenance
• Support the management of ISO 45001 (Health and Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environment) certifications
• Implement and monitor specific action plans related to 2026-2027 Environment-Safety objectives

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) specializing in HSE (Management Systems, Occupational Safety, Electrical or Chemical Risk)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of safety tools, such as Fault Tree Analysis
• Advanced level of English
• Highly organized, autonomous, motivated, and curious
