HSE Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Promote and strengthen safety culture through training, daily safety briefings (DDS), and behavioral programs
• Act as the primary HSE focal point for clients and regulatory bodies
• Ensure the preparation and effectiveness of emergency response plans for projects
• Manage the HSE team and oversee day-to-day safety operations
• Guarantee compliance with all legal and contractual requirements for each project
• Monitor HSE performance indicators and prepare detailed reports for management and clients
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and site visits to verify compliance

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering or a related field
• Post-graduate degree in Occupational Safety
• Proven experience in team management
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
