About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote and strengthen safety culture through training, daily safety briefings (DDS), and behavioral programs
- Act as the primary HSE focal point for clients and regulatory bodies
- Ensure the preparation and effectiveness of project emergency response plans
- Manage the HSE team and oversee day-to-day safety operations
- Guarantee compliance with all legal and contractual requirements for each project
- Monitor HSE performance indicators and prepare detailed reports for management and clients
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and site visits to verify compliance
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering or a related field
- Post-graduate degree in Occupational Safety
- Proven experience in team management
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
