HSE Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the HSE management system
• Conduct field audits, risk analyses, and safety observations
• Update unique documents, safety instructions, and operational procedures
• Participate in safety briefings, awareness sessions, and HSE inductions
• Analyze dangerous situations, incidents, and near-misses
• Contribute to environmental actions regarding waste management, energy, and compliance
• Maintain HSE administrative databases, including medical fitness records and temporary worker documentation

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BAC+3 to BAC+5 degree in HSE, QHSE, Risk Prevention, or Environment
• Comfortable working in the field and interacting with diverse teams
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of rigor and autonomy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills and a pedagogical approach to safety training
