HSE Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Propose and implement corrective or improvement actions to advance safety culture
• Conduct safety inductions for new arrivals
• Participate in the analysis of accidents, incidents, and deviations
• Verify the compliance of materials and equipment during site visits
• Alert management regarding significant anomalies or malfunctions
• Create and maintain monthly dashboards and update the single risk assessment document (Document Unique)
• Monitor subcontractors and personnel exposure levels
• Support management in drafting operating procedures and risk analyses
• Raise awareness among staff through field presence and safety briefings (causeries)

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bac+2 or Bac+5 program in QHSE or a related field
• Solid understanding of QHSE fundamentals acquired through studies or previous internships
• Fluency in French
• Ability to work onsite in Martigues
