About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the coordination, planning, and implementation of HSE activities
- Report, analyze, and investigate occupational accidents
- Follow up on medical cases and occupational exams
- Consolidate, analyze, and monitor HSE management indicators
- Prepare periodic follow-up reports
- Attend monthly client meetings and other requirements
- Execute HSE inductions, training, and campaigns
- Handle client requirements regarding HSE
- Perform inspections
- Monitor HSE action plans and programs
- Manage system documentation including creation, updates, and control
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the management system
Requirements
- Professional degree in Occupational Health and Safety (SST)
- Valid SST license
- 2 to 3 years of experience in SST
- 6 to 12 months of experience in mining projects (desirable)
- Knowledge of current SST regulations
- Experience in SG-SST implementation and maintenance
- Expertise in critical task management (heights, confined spaces, chemical, electrical risks)
- Knowledge of emergency management
- Intermediate Excel skills (databases, pivot tables, indicator tracking)
- Willingness to perform field work (60% field / 40% administrative)
