HSE Advisor

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of policies and procedures
• Conduct and coordinate compliance training for all employees
• Assist in the promotion of the Internal Responsibility System and safe work practices
• Conduct incident investigations and report to required personnel
• Perform jobsite audits of safe work practices and procedures
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA
• Assist in the management of Worker's Compensation claims

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental, or a related field
• 3-5 years of Safety and Health experience preferred
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and FMCSA
• Electrical experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Problem-solving and innovation skills
