HSDC Customer Experience Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic account management support for Hyperscale Data Center customers to ensure fulfillment of customer expectations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, PLM, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Finance to mitigate risk.
• Manage and oversee the daily operations, onboarding, training, and performance management of CEx Program Specialists.
• Lead program management activities including commercial business reviews, customer/internal reporting, and long-range planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to implement process efficiencies and a best-in-class customer experience.
• Support contract negotiations and track monthly progress against existing contracts to manage price break timing.

Requirements

• 4-year degree and 5+ years of relevant work and leadership experience.
• Strong data mining and analytical skills using tools such as SAP, SFDC, and Power BI.
• Proven experience in executive-level presentation and packaging for leadership.
• Experience driving organizational change across people, processes, and technology.
• Direct customer engagement experience involving presenting, negotiating, or training.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management experience specifically working with strategic accounts.
• Professional experience within Commercial, Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, or PLM functions.
• DMAIC Green Belt certification.
• Strong relationship management and collaborative mindset.
