HRSS Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations across the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland, Austria) to ensure smooth employee lifecycle processes.
• Maintain and update employee data in Workday, ensuring high data accuracy, compliance, and payroll integrity.
• Manage HR administration including onboarding, changes, and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate payroll-related inputs and administrative requests for local HR teams.
• Act as a reliable operational partner to ensure consistency and efficiency across HR and payroll processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Full proficiency in German and communicative English.
• Hands-on expertise with Workday, SAP HR, or similar HRIS systems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• A methodical, solution-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
