About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute the recruitment and selection processes to provide human resources aligned with strategic operational requirements.
- Manage and report on departmental KPIs, including weekly and monthly hiring reports.
- Coordinate with the HR team to achieve departmental objectives and follow up on direct personnel vacancies.
- Publish job openings through various advertising media and schedule interviews for selected candidates.
- Manage the onboarding process in SAP to ensure associates receive all company benefits.
- Develop annual recruitment plans based on headcount projections.
- Support "People Matter" initiatives by promoting safety, health, and environmental protection standards (ISO 14001/ISO 45001).
- Participate in internal and external audits related to quality and environmental certification systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree (Industrial Engineering or a related field preferred).
- 3 to 7 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
- Intermediate English language proficiency.
- Experience managing recruitment KPIs and reporting.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar HRIS systems.
