Responsibilities
- Compile monthly payroll inputs including OT, allowances, and unpaid leave
- Maintain HR records, change logs, and personnel files for joiners and leavers
- Prepare and submit statutory filings via CPF, IRAS, and MOM portals
- Manage work pass scheduling, medicals, and document requests
- Draft and issue employment letters including offers, promotions, and terminations
- Manage office vendors, contracts, and maintenance requests
- Oversee pantry inventory, forecasting, and procurement
- Plan team rituals, townhalls, and external meetups
- Maintain office facilities, seating plans, and asset tracking
Requirements
- 3–5 years in Office/HR Administration with payroll input and HRIS experience
- Hands-on experience with Singapore statutory processes (CPF, IRAS, MOM)
- Proficiency in HRIS tools (e.g., PayBoy, BambooHR, HiBob) and Google Workspace
- Experience with vendor management and budget stewardship
- Knowledge of PDPA-compliant records management
- Proven ability to organize events and manage logistics for up to 40 people
- Strong bias for building systems, checklists, and templates
