HRM Specialist

Responsibilities

• Operate HR systems including recruitment, personnel management, evaluation, and compensation
• Manage and operate organizational status and workforce planning
• Refine and improve HR policies, processes, and regulations
• Manage HR data and prepare internal/external reporting materials
• Handle external government relations and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 3–4 years of professional experience in Human Resources Management (HRM)

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience using SAP or Shiftee systems
• Candidates who have passed the first stage of the Certified Public Labor Attorney exam
