HRM Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage annual salary and bonus operations for both headquarters regular employees and field daily workers
• Handle payroll-related tax duties, including the filing of payment statements
• Oversee year-end tax settlements
• Manage the four major social insurance programs (enrollment, termination, parental leave, etc.)
• Report and settle employment and industrial accident insurance for construction sites (landscaping and civil engineering sectors)
• Calculate severance pay and manage retirement pension (DB) operations
• Prepare labor cost analysis reports
• Operate personnel evaluation systems in alignment with group HR and compensation guidelines
• Manage attendance and employee welfare programs
• Handle external affairs with government agencies such as the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Korea Workers' Compensation & Welfare Service

Requirements

• 3+ years of practical experience in payroll operations (salaries, bonuses, year-end settlements, and payment statement filing)
• Bachelor's degree or higher from a four-year university
• Experience operating the four major social insurance programs and retirement pensions (DB)
• Fundamental understanding of labor laws and tax reporting
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Ability to travel abroad (must have completed or been exempted from military service)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in payroll and labor management for field/daily workers in construction or manufacturing industries
• Experience operating personnel evaluation and compensation systems within large corporate groups
• Experience in managing foreign worker employment or construction-related social insurance settlements
• Possession of professional certifications such as Certified Public Labor Attorney or tax/accounting qualifications
• Experience using HR/payroll systems (e.g., Douzone)
