HRM Planning and Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan and operate company-wide performance evaluation and compensation systems to support organizational growth.
• Analyze HR data to derive insights and strengthen the competitiveness of HR policies.
• Manage HRM processes including recruitment, promotions, and personnel transfers to improve organizational efficiency.
• Design and execute HR programs aimed at enhancing organizational culture and the employee experience.
• Lead HR digital transformation initiatives, utilizing digital technologies and generative AI to improve productivity.
• Support labor cost budget establishment and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 7–11 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
• Proven experience in planning and operating performance management and compensation systems.
• Strong skills in HR data analysis and evidence-based decision-making.
• Proficient in business English for seamless global collaboration.
• Ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic background in Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, Computer Science, or Statistics.
• Experience using generative AI (such as ChatGPT or Copilot) to enhance work productivity.
• Experience participating in HR digital solution implementation or AI Agent development projects.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
