HRM Internship

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team of 20 professionals with various HR-related processes and projects
• Gain hands-on experience in areas such as Recruitment and Employer Branding
• Assist with Learning & Development initiatives
• Contribute to HR advisory and operational HR support
• Support projects related to vitality, sustainable employability, and absenteeism
• Help with HR administration and process optimization

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an HBO (Bachelor) program in Human Resource Management
• Available to start from September 2026
• Able to commit to a minimum duration of 40 weeks
• Proactive, independent, and accurate in your work
• Willingness to take responsibility and suggest improvements
