HRIS Systems Analyst - Workday

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 technical support for Workday HCM, resolving complex issues such as integration failures, configuration defects, and security matrix issues
• Perform in-depth root cause analysis for recurring system problems to implement lasting solutions
• Manage and maintain core Workday configurations across modules including HCM Core, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Talent Management, Payroll, and Time Keeping
• Support the bi-annual Workday release cycle by planning, testing new features, and deploying updates
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and knowledge base articles
• Collaborate with HR, IT Security, and Finance teams to translate business requirements into technical configurations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support, configuration, or engineering role specifically with Workday HCM
• Expertise in Workday Report Writer, calculated fields, and business process configuration
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting Workday integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio
• Deep functional and technical knowledge across multiple Workday modules
• Experience with Workday security configuration and administration

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Pro certification in relevant areas such as HCM or Integrations
