About the role

Responsibilities

  • Resolve complex support tickets by troubleshooting niche or undocumented application bugs and implementing long-term functional fixes.
  • Deliver platform improvement projects globally to streamline applicant workflows and optimize learning management paths.
  • Monitor technical data pipelines and integration sync health between tools like Workday, SmartRecruiters, Absorb, and Visier.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including runbooks and internal wikis, to ensure accurate system configuration parameters.
  • Mentor and train L1 technicians to reduce single points of failure within the People Technology team.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience configuring, administering, or providing tier-2 support for global HRIS/ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, SmartRecruiters, or Absorb).
  • Practical experience troubleshooting system integrations and resolving data flow friction between applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of investigating complex data logic and workflow issues.
  • High proficiency with Jira Service Management, Jira Software, and Confluence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate complex technical logic for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Functional experience with People analytics platforms, specifically building custom reports in Visier.
  • Hands-on experience or interest in workflow automation and integration platforms like Workato.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as Workday Pro, SmartRecruiters configuration badges, or ITIL Foundation.
