HRIS Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HRIS platforms to ensure data accuracy, system efficiency, and process consistency
• Perform bulk data uploads, data validation, and system updates with high precision
• Drive the automation of HR processes to reduce manual workloads and improve turnaround times
• Analyze HR data and system outputs to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
• Support system configurations, integrations, and enhancements across various HR modules
• Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to support HR and business decision-making

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an HRIS or HR systems role, preferably within an MNC environment
• Strong hands-on experience with HR systems management, including bulk uploads and process workflows
• Experience working with global HR systems such as SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data handling capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to drive automation and implement system improvements
• Strong analytical, logical, and structured problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail when working with large, complex datasets
