About the role
Responsibilities
- Support data entry into Workday and ADP, including job data changes and organizational updates
- Maintain data integrity across systems by validating entries and resolving discrepancies
- Serve as a key data resource for integrations between Workday, ADP, and other HR/payroll systems
- Support Workday tenant merge activities including data mapping, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation
- Support Workday Compensation tenant setup and data population
- Extract and analyze HR data to build reports and dashboards for headcount, attrition, and compensation
- Support data entry for compensation activities such as merit cycles and bonus programs
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners on workforce planning and organizational design
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR data analytics, HRIS, or HR operations
- Hands-on experience with Workday (HCM, reporting, transactions) and ADP
- Experience supporting system integrations between Workday and ADP
- Familiarity with Workday tenant merge data workstreams
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and formulas
- Experience in multi-state or complex organizational environments
