About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the HRIS, including configuration, maintenance, and optimization
  • Configure workflows, business processes, and organizational structures
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data through routine audits and validation
  • Develop and distribute standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics
  • Support compliance reporting including EEO-1, ACA, and affirmative action
  • Monitor integrations between HRIS and third-party systems like payroll and benefits
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline HR processes
  • Provide training and guidance to HR, managers, and employees on system functionality

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive HRIS administration experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas and pivot tables
  • Strong understanding of HR processes such as benefits, compensation, and payroll
  • Proficiency with HR reporting and data analysis
  • Understanding of emerging AI technologies for workflow optimization
