About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for the HRIS, including configuration, maintenance, and optimization
- Configure workflows, business processes, and organizational structures
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data through routine audits and validation
- Develop and distribute standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics
- Support compliance reporting including EEO-1, ACA, and affirmative action
- Monitor integrations between HRIS and third-party systems like payroll and benefits
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline HR processes
- Provide training and guidance to HR, managers, and employees on system functionality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive HRIS administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas and pivot tables
- Strong understanding of HR processes such as benefits, compensation, and payroll
- Proficiency with HR reporting and data analysis
- Understanding of emerging AI technologies for workflow optimization
