About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic direction, governance, and operational excellence of payroll and time & attendance (T&A) systems globally.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure systems support organizational objectives and compliance.
  • Drive policy development, process harmonization, and change management initiatives.
  • Oversee system implementations, upgrades, and integrations with platforms such as UKG, ADP, or Workday.
  • Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and manage system roadmaps.
  • Monitor system performance, data integrity, and compliance with industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Provide expert guidance for audits, reporting, and complex troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll, HRIS, time & attendance systems administration, or project management.
  • Proven track record in leading strategic payroll initiatives and change management programs.
  • Strong understanding of HR and payroll fundamentals, employment law, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience developing governance frameworks, policies, or operating principles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with major payroll and T&A systems such as UKG, ADP, or Workday.
  • Professional certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or CPP.
