About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee HRIS platforms to ensure system functionality, reliability, and data integrity
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for HR technology, including configuration and troubleshooting
- Lead HRIS projects such as system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations
- Partner with IT, Finance, and Operations to identify system needs and improve process efficiencies
- Develop and analyze people reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure data security and confidentiality in compliance with company policies and privacy regulations
- Manage system permissions, workflows, and user access controls
- Oversee data audits and validation processes to maintain high data quality
- Create system documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials for end users
- Manage relationships with HR technology vendors and third-party partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience, including system administration and reporting
- Strong working knowledge of the Dayforce HCM platform
- Demonstrated experience managing HR system implementations, upgrades, and integrations
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics
- Knowledge of data governance, system security, and HR data privacy regulations
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data integrations, file feeds, APIs, or HR system interfaces
