HRIS Manager

Responsibilities

• Own Workday modules, including configuration, optimization, and continuous improvement
• Drive enhancements, releases, and fixes to improve end-user experience
• Manage end-to-end projects and ensure SOX compliance deliverables
• Partner with People, IT, and Finance stakeholders to solve complex problems
• Translate business needs into Workday or AI-forward solutions
• Coach and mentor team members to support technical and professional growth
• Establish scalable processes, documentation, and support models

Requirements

• 6+ years in the Workday ecosystem
• Deep experience with at least 3 Workday modules
• Experience supporting global HR technology across multiple countries
• Experience in a public company environment with compliance and controls knowledge
• Strong project management and communication skills
• AI-forward mindset with curiosity about automating workflows and improving data quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Greenhouse experience
