HRIS Executive

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support across Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, and Absence
• Manage day-to-day system issues, troubleshooting, and production support for the People & Culture team
• Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors to resolve system-related issues
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
• Conduct training sessions and create user guides for HR teams and end users
• Support system testing, upgrades, and enhancements through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployments
• Identify process improvements and contribute to system optimization initiatives

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in HRIS management
• Technical proficiency in Oracle HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, Absence)
• Proven experience in documentation (SOPs, BRDs), User Acceptance Testing, and End User training
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with HR system integrations
