HRIS Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage user access and design, configure, and manage Role Based Permissions (RBP) structures across all SuccessFactors modules.
• Coordinate internal and external HRIS professionals to ensure proper governance and change control for the SuccessFactors landscape.
• Support audits and access reviews by monitoring audit logs and providing evidence and analysis on user permissions.
• Ensure role design adheres to principles of least privilege and segregation of duties.
• Support adherence to internal policies and regulatory frameworks including GDPR, SOC, and SOX.
• Coordinate half-yearly SuccessFactors releases and upgrades, including impact assessment, testing, and communication.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all RBP structures, workflows, and approval processes.
• Collaborate with InfoSec and Compliance teams to align platform controls with enterprise standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in an HRIS role.
• Extensive hands-on experience with SuccessFactors and related applications.
• Expert-level knowledge of Role Based Permissions (RBP) and the SuccessFactors landscape.
• Experience working with compliance frameworks such as GDPR, SOX, or SOC.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, IT security, and HRIS best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in global, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a consulting company.
• SuccessFactors certifications, specifically in Employee Central and other modules.
