HRIS Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and support HRIS processes to meet organizational data management and reporting needs
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of employee data within HR systems
• Create and optimize standard and ad hoc reports, queries, dashboards, and data summaries
• Manage HRIS support tickets and provide timely troubleshooting and resolution for end users
• Support system maintenance, configuration changes, testing, and release validation
• Document workflows, configurations, user guides, and technical manuals
• Support activities related to SAP SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, and SharePoint
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and global stakeholders on regional and international projects
• Contribute to continuous improvement, automation, and AI initiatives applied to HR processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Information Systems, HR Technology, or a related field
• Experience with HRIS data management and maintaining data integrity
• Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards for strategic decision-making
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, and SharePoint
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve moderately complex technical issues
• Experience in process documentation and creating end-user training materials
