HRIS Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR directors to analyze work process design, improve system flow, and leverage technological capabilities.
• Serve as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas, ensuring data integrity and testing system changes.
• Recommend process improvements, innovative solutions, and policy changes to enhance customer service.
• Provide production support for HCMS, including researching and resolving problems or process flaws.
• Assist in the review, testing, and implementation of HRMS upgrades or patches.
• Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports and queries using appropriate reporting tools.
• Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation, and train clients on new processes or functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in HRIS systems.
• Proficiency with Workday (highly desired) and/or Workforce Management (UKG).
• Experience with Business Intelligence and Cognos reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access.
• Demonstrated experience supporting core HR business processes such as performance management, onboarding, and compensation planning.
• Strong ability to maintain confidential data and communicate complex concepts to non-technical users.
