About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Workday system to optimize HR processes
- Handle BAU requests including report creation, modification, and scheduling
- Manage the creation of organizations such as Supervisory Organizations, Cost Centers, and Locations
- Execute EIB processing, loading, and validation
- Configure and manage compensation elements including Job Profiles, Compensation Plans, and Merit/Bonus/Stock plans
- Support Talent and Performance modules through performance templates and talent cards
- Gather business requirements by connecting with stakeholders to deliver system-based solutions
- Provide "how-to" guidance and system support to HR Operations and the broader business
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Workday HCM
- Proven Workday Configuration skills
- Ability to create and modify reports, calculated fields, eligibility rules, and validation rules
- Strong understanding of Workday business process workflows and the broader Workday ecosystem
- Proficiency in English (speaking and written)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and present findings with confidence
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Pro certification
