HRIS Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide transactional and analytical support for human resources information systems, specifically SAP/SuccessFactors.
• Develop, modify, and run ad hoc queries and standardized reports for compensation, benefits, and HR operations.
• Ensure employee data integrity and accuracy for regulatory compliance, including SOX, EEO, and AAP.
• Support the implementation of new HRIS procedures and SuccessFactors system updates.
• Train and support field HR users by creating and updating training and reference manuals.
• Partner with the Compensation and Benefits teams to manage wage scales, salary surveys, and merit planning.
• Coordinate with the Payroll Department to ensure data consistency between HRIS and payroll systems.
• Utilize Excel and Access to build databases and analyze employee data to identify trends and business impacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3 years of experience in HRIS.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills including the use of macros.
• Proven knowledge of SAP/SuccessFactors or other major HRIS platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize conflicting demands.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional professional HR experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
