About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to the Latin America leadership team, driving regional HR strategy aligned with business priorities
- Influence decisions regarding organization design, talent management, and company culture
- Lead talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives across the region
- Shape organizational structures to enable business growth and support transformation initiatives
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and growth-oriented culture through engagement and well-being initiatives
- Lead and develop a diverse regional HR team, working closely with the broader HR ecosystem
Requirements
- Strong experience in Human Resources, specifically in Business Partnering roles
- Proven background in HR strategy, organizational development, and talent management
- Demonstrated experience in change management and supporting business transformation
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Solid understanding of the full HR lifecycle
- Advanced proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
- Experience working within LATAM markets is a plus
