HRBP Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic workforce planning initiatives to align with business goals and optimize resource allocation.
• Design and implement innovative initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Partner with business leaders to identify high-potential employees and design leadership development and succession planning programs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing tailored HR solutions and strategic partnership.
• Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and continuous improvement.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to provide actionable insights on workforce performance and employee engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 5 years specifically in an HRBP position.
• Proven track record of driving strategic HR initiatives within complex, large-scale organizations.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and strong data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR.
• Experience working within the commercial or sales sector.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
