About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise all Human Resources department activities
  • Handle personnel management and team formation
  • Oversee HR processes including Infonavit, IMSS, and payroll
  • Manage organizational climate and culture
  • Execute training, onboarding, and development plans (DNC, DC3)
  • Manage labor relations and business partners
  • Design strategies for personnel retention and turnover reduction
  • Monitor and report on HR indicators

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager
  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field with specialization in Human Development or Organizational Development
  • Knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT)
  • Experience in personnel management and HR processes
  • Availability for constant travel to southern Mexico (expenses covered)
