About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all Human Resources department activities
- Handle personnel management and team formation
- Oversee HR processes including Infonavit, IMSS, and payroll
- Manage organizational climate and culture
- Execute training, onboarding, and development plans (DNC, DC3)
- Manage labor relations and business partners
- Design strategies for personnel retention and turnover reduction
- Monitor and report on HR indicators
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Specialization in Human Development, Organizational Development, or HR Planning
- Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT)
- Availability for constant travel to southern Mexico (expenses covered)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing business partners
- Proven track record in team leadership and business vision
