HRBP Manager Machining

Responsibilities

• Lead the Talent Cycle programs, including recruitment, management, development, and reward systems in alignment with HR strategy.
• Drive organizational development and change management initiatives to support functional effectiveness and company transformation.
• Manage labor relations and union relationships to ensure productive workforce contributions.
• Develop and execute succession planning and people planning processes to identify and nurture key talent.
• Oversee performance management, compensation, and recognition systems to optimize employee potential.
• Monitor and fulfill HR KPIs, including turnover and absenteeism rates.
• Ensure the effective use of HR tools and maintain data integrity and standardization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, Business, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
• At least 7 years of experience in HR management roles (HRBP, Talent Development, or Organizational Design).
• At least 5 years of experience managing labor unions and employee relations.
• Proven experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors, or similar HR platforms (Workday, Oracle).

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Project Management, Change Management, or Organizational Development.
