HRBP/Manager Italia

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the HR strategy for the Italian market in alignment with global Parfois guidelines
• Act as a strategic partner to management, supporting Store Managers and Area Managers with personnel management
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both retail and corporate positions
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, training, and staff development processes
• Coordinate performance management and individual development plans to meet business objectives
• Manage employee relations to ensure a positive and collaborative work environment
• Support administrative and payroll processes, acting as an interface between store staff and external providers
• Ensure legal compliance with Italian labor laws and company policies
• Handle disciplinary matters, union relations, and potential litigation in collaboration with legal counsel
• Monitor and analyze HR KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, and personnel costs to drive improvement plans
• Collaborate with the international HR team on cross-functional global projects

Requirements

• Master's degree in Humanities, Law, Economics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in HRBP or managerial roles
• Proven experience in the Fashion Retail sector (essential)
• Experience managing personnel distributed across the national territory
• Strong knowledge of Italian labor law
• Experience in recruiting, training, and performance management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is considered a strong plus
