HRBP Lead - Mass Retail

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and finance leaders to develop and execute the people Annual Operating Plan (AOP) based on growth and go-to-market strategies.
• Act as a strategic business partner to business heads to deliver revenue and growth targets through effective HR solutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities for organizational efficiency and manage attrition through data-driven analysis and corrective actions.
• Oversee the end-to-end performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations, and managing performance improvement plans.
• Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, assessment centers for critical transitions, and organizational connect surveys.
• Provide coaching on managerial and people development to the leadership team.
• Manage and lead a large HR team of 35+ members across the country.

Requirements

• MBA in Human Resources.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience specifically business partnering with sales teams.
• Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of retail (offline) go-to-market strategies.
• Proven ability in problem-solving, influencing, and building consensus.
• Experience in a startup environment is preferred.
