Responsibilities

• Develop and lead HR strategic planning by building advisory partnerships with key leaders to align human capital strategies with business outcomes.
• Manage complex employee relations, including conducting intricate investigations, providing leadership coaching, and implementing engagement strategies.
• Drive recruitment and talent management initiatives, including workforce forecasting, succession planning, and professional development.
• Oversee HR operations and processes, managing the full employee lifecycle, benefits administration (401(k), insurance, ESOP), and regulatory compliance.
• Lead organizational change management by assessing readiness, creating communication strategies, and managing stakeholder resistance.
• Act as the local Ethics & Compliance Representative to ensure corporate standards are communicated and upheld.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 9 years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner.
• 4 years of experience working within a multi-functional international environment.
• Proficiency with HRIS tools such as ADP, Workday, or SAP.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Ability to work onsite in Herndon, VA, at least 80% of the time.
• Ability to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in the Aerospace industry.
• PHR, SPHR, or SHRM professional certifications.
