HRBP Expert

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business leaders to understand departmental issues and employee sentiment
• Provide HR guidance on onboarding, performance management, promotions, and disciplinary cases
• Offer input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through thorough and objective investigations
• Execute and implement people policies within assigned business units
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal manpower regulations to reduce risk and ensure compliance
• Identify training needs and executive coaching requirements for business units
• Analyze data trends and metrics in partnership with HR COE teams to develop effective solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an HRBP or Employee Relations role
• Fluency in both Chinese and English is mandatory
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of applicable laws, guidelines, and manpower regulations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
