About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll in coordination with vendors and Finance
- Administer compensation, benefits, insurance, social insurance (SI), PIT, and statutory compliance
- Support salary benchmarking, annual salary reviews, and compensation analysis
- Manage employee lifecycle administration including contracts, probation, and offboarding
- Act as the primary HR contact for Vietnam business leaders and employees
- Partner with managers on workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate functions
- Oversee office administration, facilities, and workplace operations
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience
- Proven exposure in both HRBP and C&B roles
- Deep knowledge of organizational design and structural C&B frameworks
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Experience in fast-paced or scaling environments (technology sector preferred)
- Strong execution capability and strategic thinking
