About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll in coordination with vendors and Finance
  • Administer compensation, benefits, insurance, social insurance (SI), PIT, and statutory compliance
  • Support salary benchmarking, annual salary reviews, and compensation analysis
  • Manage employee lifecycle administration including contracts, probation, and offboarding
  • Act as the primary HR contact for Vietnam business leaders and employees
  • Partner with managers on workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate functions
  • Oversee office administration, facilities, and workplace operations

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience
  • Proven exposure in both HRBP and C&B roles
  • Deep knowledge of organizational design and structural C&B frameworks
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Experience in fast-paced or scaling environments (technology sector preferred)
  • Strong execution capability and strategic thinking
