About the Company

Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform. Fanatics Collectibles is a new company operating at the intersection of collectibles, culture, and technology, reimagining the collectibles experience for fans, partners, and creators.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve internal and external HR inquiries across international regions
• Maintain accuracy of digital and physical employee records and leave management
• Partner with Finance on payroll reporting and discrepancy resolution
• Administer and improve the international HRIS (Oracle)
• Design and improve end-to-end onboarding and offboarding programs
• Facilitate performance review cycles and stakeholder communications
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to draft employment contracts and offer letters
• Facilitate HR events, town halls, and employee engagement strategies

Requirements

• 2 to 4+ years of progressive HR experience (Generalist or Advisor role)
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools, Oracle HRIS, and Airtable
• Ability to manage complex HR queries and sensitive employee relations matters
• Strong analytical capability using HR metrics and data
• Experience managing multiple workstreams across international time zones
• High level of discretion and professional judgment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-growth or multinational environments
• Knowledge of employment law across multiple international jurisdictions
