HRBP (Apprenticeship)

Responsibilities

• Support the comparative analysis of HR policies across different companies within The Future is Neutral division to identify convergence opportunities
• Execute the HR integration plan for new subsidiaries
• Contribute to the structuring and management of HR reporting
• Monitor the management cycle, including performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development
• Support the implementation of transverse action plans, such as Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
• Provide guidance and advice to managers
• Handle administrative HR tasks, including file preparation, follow-ups, and job creation processes

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources or a Business School program
• Seeking a 24-month work-study apprenticeship (alternance)
• Proficiency in office productivity tools
• Good level of English proficiency
