About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to corporate leadership, including scheduling meetings and managing internal communications.
- Manage office operations such as document preparation, filing, record management, and maintaining a professional workspace.
- Oversee office supplies and pantry inventory to ensure adequate stock and cost-effective procurement.
- Coordinate employee business travel requests and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support HR functions including recruitment coordination, job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
- Assist with onboarding logistics, new hire paperwork, and benefits enrollment documentation.
- Maintain internal tracking systems for employee information and company documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR support or generalist role.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
